Audren was born in France and raised in New York. After earning a Bachelor of Finance at James Madison University, Audren enrolled at the University of San Francisco School of Law where he was awarded Academic Honors in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Audren then became licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.
From 2014 until 2021, Audren operated his own North Lake Tahoe-based law practice focused on assisting clients including restaurants, contractors, and landowners to foster growth and mitigate risk by contracting well. Audren has significant experience that he learned the hard way—as a sole practitioner. He now enjoys being part of a collaborative environment where he can share his experience and benefit from the strength of the MOBO team. The result is a great product for the client, which is Audren and MOBO’s primary concern.
Audren’s practice focuses on helping businesses and property owners turn their plans into reality by taking the time to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions. Audren has assisted countless clients select and form the appropriate entity (corporations, limited liability companies, etc.). Audren also helps clients who have new or existing entities understand and comply with the formalities necessary to maintain benefits such as limited liability. In addition, Audren drafts real estate-related agreements that cover all aspects of property matters and assists clients with a various licensing and permitting issues.
As a former business owner, Audren understands that the variety of challenges business owners face day-to-day can be distracting. By making some of those challenges his responsibility, Audren helps clients focus on what they do best.
